Continuous casting

We manufacture rods, pipes and profiles of the most varied dimensions and alloys in our vertical casting plant. In detail:


Rods 17 to 172 mm Ø and pipes Ø 8 mm internally up to Ø 172 mm externally and in finished lengths up to a maximum of 3,000 mm.

Materials according to DIN 1705 und 1716:

  • GC-CuSn5ZnPb, GC-CuSn7ZnPb
  • GC-CuSn10, GC-CuSn12, GC-CuSn12Pb, GC-CuSn12Ni
  • GC-CuPb5Sn, GC-CuPb10Sn, GC-CuPb15Sn

and other special materials on request.

Tolerances and standard dimensions:

Internal-Ø: + 0 mm – 0,6 mm
External-Ø: – 0 mm + 0,6 mm

For automatic processing, normal tolerances are around ± 0.2 mm, and for automatic multi-spindle processing, special tolerances are up to 51 mm Ø at ± 0.1 mm.
